Conquest Personnel is seeking a reliable production operator for a global supplier in Melbourne. You will mix and batch ingredients, weigh and measure, operate machines and load/unload products on an afternoon shift (2pm–10:30pm), Monday to Friday. Training runs on day shift 5:30am–2pm to help you settle in.

Experience in food manufacturing helps but is not essential. A positive attitude, eye for detail and good numeracy and literacy are important.

About the role

Responsible for mixing and batching, this person will begin as an on-hired employee in a temporary role. The right person will be considered for an ongoing opportunity. You will be working afternoon shift (2pm -10.30pm), Monday-Friday. Ideally, this person will have experience working within the food industry, however this is not essential.

Please note training will be on day shift 5.30am - 2pm

• Current LF licence with reach experience (advantageous)
