Job summary

Conquest Recruitment Group is seeking a flexible Production Operator in Melbourne for an afternoon shift (2pm-10:30pm) with training on the day shift (5:30am-2pm). This on-hired, temporary role offers potential for ongoing employment and a clean, modern working environment.

Prior experience in food manufacturing or pharmaceuticals is beneficial but not essential. You will perform picking, weighing, measuring ingredients, mixing and batching, machine operation, and loading/unloading products

Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing, pharmaceuticals or similar
• Current LF licence with reach experience (advantageous)
• Strong numeracy and literacy skills
• Excellent attitude and eye for detail

About The Role

Responsible for mixing and batching, this person will begin as an on-hired employee in a temporary role. The right person will be considered for an ongoing opportunity. You will be working afternoon shift (2pm -10.30pm), Monday-Friday. Ideally, this person will have experience working within the food industry, however this is not essential.

Please note training will be on day shift 5.30am - 2pm
