What’s the job?
As the Food & Beverage Team Leader, you will assist the Food & Beverage Leadership team in motivating and developing the staff to provide exceptional branded service and foster the desired workplace culture. Collaborating with the Restaurants & Bars leaders, you'll help manage the daily operations of the Resort's dining venues. You will work closely with other Resort departments and your skilled team to consistently seek out and implement improvements in both product quality and guest experience.
