Job summary

West HQ in Sydney is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Team Leader (Casual) to join our hospitality team. You will help lead, train and motivate staff across outlets, drive guest satisfaction and oversee daily service operations.

This hands-on role requires strong leadership, keen attention to detail, POS knowledge and flexibility to work weekdays and weekends on a rotating roster. You will assist with wage costs, stock checks and maintaining service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a hospitality team.
• Hands-on hospitality professional with a customer-first approach.
• Able to work weekdays and weekends on a rotating roster.
• Knowledge of POS systems and stock management is a plus.

A little about the opportunity..

Team Leaders will assist Food & Beverage Operations Managers to lead and train a passionate team in all areas of food & beverage operations and provide the highest level of customer service. You will also be tasked with driving and delivering exceptional guest satisfaction and overseeing daily operations whilst assisting in the management of wage costs, revenue and profitability of the various F&B outlets. You will be required to support the teams throughout the different outlets and plan, organise, schedule and allocate tasks and activities on a daily basis.
