The Food & Beverage Supervisorposition is a hands on, leadership role which will assist in the effective running of our busy Sports Bar outlet. The role will enable you to improve guest satisfaction by maintaining efficiency of service, general product and technical knowledge, and exceptional standard of delivery and professionalism. You will oversee and assist F&B Attendants to deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring the outlets are prepared and organised to meet business requirements.

A few of your responsibilities

• Supervise team members and assist the leadership team with any training and development needed for team members
• Monitor the quality of food and beverage service to ensure high standards are always maintained
• Ensure a high level of guest experience is always provided in the venues and is professional, hospitable, timely, effective, and efficient
• Set specific daily performance objectives for all team members and supervise the service flow
• Make recommendations to the Venue Manager that will assist in maximising revenue and minimise costs to meet company and division budgets
