Food & Beverage Supervisor – Premium Wellness & Dining Destination

We’re representing a luxury wellness and hospitality venue on the Mornington Peninsula, renowned for its contemporary spa, thermal bathing and premium dining experiences. The on-site restaurant showcases seasonal menus led by an award-winning culinary team, alongside a wine list celebrating the region’s vineyards, distilleries and breweries.

This venue is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join their leadership team and play a key role in delivering outstanding guest experiences across the restaurant, bar, events, and spa service areas.

The Role

Lead by example to develop and inspire the FOH team.

Oversee daily operations across restaurant, bar and events.

Support with rostering, labour cost control and daily cash procedures.

Assist with ordering, stock management and inventory control.

Maintain exceptional service standards, cleanliness and guest care.

Collaborate with other departments to deliver seamless service for events and private dining.

About You

3+ years’ experience in a supervisory hospitality role.

A strong communicator and confident delegator, able to motivate and guide a diverse team.

Proven experience managing high-volume service environments while maintaining premium standards of guest care.

Guest-centric with excellent leadership and team development skills.

Professional communication and personal presentation.

Organised, reliable and adaptable in a fast-paced, premium setting.

Must hold valid working rights in Australia.
