Job summary

Compass Group Australia is seeking a hands‑on Food & Beverage Supervisor to join the team at RAAF Base Richmond. In this full‑time leadership role you will oversee front‑of‑house operations, supervise dining facilities and functions, and drive consistent service standards.

You will lead staff, ensure HACCP compliance, and contribute to training and rostering while delivering excellent customer service in a Defence hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Food & Beverage Supervisor, Team Leader or similar hospitality role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Sound knowledge of food safety, hygiene and HACCP requirements.
• Ability to organise workloads and manage competing priorities.
• Professional presentation and positive attitude.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check and Defence clearance.
