The Anchorage Hotel & Spa in Port Stephens is seeking a full-time Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our F&B leadership team. You will oversee the service of The Galley Kitchen, Moby’s Bar and the Poolside Bar, delivering intuitive and personalised service that reflects the highest standards of hospitality.
You will manage shifts, roster coverage, staff training, guest engagement, and ensure RSA compliance, while maintaining front of house cleanliness and coordinating function and events on site.

You are a passionate senior Food and Beverage professional with fine dining experience. Your ability to anticipate guest needs, manage multiple priorities and communicate with confidence ensures an exceptional dining experience. Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to provide guidance and training to you team is essential to the success of this position. Previous hotel F&B experience is highly desirable, but more importantly, you bring the right attitude and attention to detail.
