Job summary

The Meat & Wine Co Circular Quay, Castlereagh Street Sydney and Parramatta are looking for experienced and dedicated Food & Beverage Attendants to become part of their professional and hard-working team.

Applicants should have enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service, with A La Carte restaurant/bar experience including 3 plate carry and tray service, as well as proficiency with POS systems and cash handling.

Qualifications

• Enthusiasm and passion to provide exceptional customer service
• Previous A La Carte restaurant/bar experience including 3 plate carry, tray service and handling large volumes of tables
• Experience in POS ordering systems and cash handling
• Good understanding of wine and its service and recommendations to guests
• Current RSA
• Willingness to undergo training program
• Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Assist with food and beverage service, wine recommendations and attentive guest care
• Manage tray service, carry procedures and high-volume table turnover
• Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
• Be available for a 7-day rotating roster including nights and public holidays
