Job summary

Ingenia Communities is seeking a customer-focused Food & Beverage Attendant for The Rock Café at Middle Rock Holidays. You will provide friendly front‑of‑house service, serve guests and residents, and help create memorable experiences in a coastal holiday setting.

The role requires RSA/RCG accreditation (if applicable), proven service experience, and the ability to lift and stand for shifts. Flexible, casual hours and a supportive team are on offer.

Qualifications

• RSA/RCG accreditation (if applicable).
• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift, stand, and operate kitchen/bar equipment.
• Eligible to work in Australia and comply with local working rights.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Create a positive front-of-house atmosphere, ensure an excellent customer experience, and handle complaints professionally.
• Maintain Standards & Compliance: Follow safety, security, and RSA/RCG regulations; uphold food quality and presentation standards at all times.
• Manage Stock & Minimize Waste: Check and accept produce, reduce wastage, and ensure all items are used to their full potential.
• Cleaning & Sanitation: Keep the shop, kitchen, and dining areas clean and hygienic, including equipment, tables, and floors.
• Chemical Safety: Handle approved chemicals safely, follow MSDS guidelines, and use correct PPE for all cleaning tasks.

We’re on the lookout for aCasual Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team at our Middle Rock Holidays site.

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in helping us deliver exceptional experiences for our guests and residents and having fun while doing it!

The Rock Café at Middle Rock Holidays offers a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, serving great food and coffee in a beautiful coastal holiday setting.

• Physical Capability: You’re comfortable with frequent lifting, standing, and operating kitchen/bar equipment, while using PPE and following safety procedures.
