Job summary

Voyages Tourism Australia is seeking a Food & Beverage Attendant - Bartender to live and work onsite at Ayers Rock Resort in Yulara, NT, near Uluru. You will deliver friendly service across outlets, follow safety and responsible service of alcohol (RSA) requirements, and help the F&B team with beverage preparation and service.

Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for aFood & Beverage Attendant- Bartenderto live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.

We are seeking a customer service enthusiast who has a passion for hospitality and providing guests with unforgettable experiences. In this role you will undertake Food and Beverage Attendant duties in an efficient and friendly manner to achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction in one of our various outlets.

You will require a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) to work in this role.

Key Duties

• Follow outlet-specific sequence of service
• Prepare and serve beverages as required, whilst also following NT RSA laws and house policy.
• Set up and pack down of the bar including tracking wastage and damages on shift.
