Job summary

The Star Sydney is seeking a Food & Beverage Attendant for the Harvest Buffet at our Sydney venue. You will deliver exceptional service in a busy, guest-focused environment, ensuring a memorable first and last impression for each guest.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant with sound knowledge around food and beverage.
• Passion for delivering outstanding service and a drive to provide a memorable experience.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability to meet venue operating hours.
• Current NSW RSAcard (or interim certificate)

Responsibilities

• Take orders accurately and efficiently, and deliver food and beverages in a timely manner
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the venue’s menu and current promotions including ingredients and preparation methods
• Anticipate guests needs to understand their preferences to provide personalised service and recommendations
• Communicate additional meal requirements, allergies and dietary needs to the kitchen
• Collaborate with your team to provide efficient and seamless service
• Assist with opening and closing duties as required, including setting up and breaking down of the dining area
