Redcape Hospitality is looking for a passionate, energetic, people-centric individual to join the Team at Figtree Hotel as one of our Casual Food & Beverage (Bar/Bistro) Attendants. You would assist your Venue Leadership Team and the collective venue team to successfully operate the Hotel's Food, Beverage & Wagering operations in a hands-on, front of house capacity.

Duties And Responsibilities

The purpose of this role is to support the Venue Leadership Team with the Hotel's day-to-day Food, Beverage & Gaming related operations. The key responsibilities for this role will include:

  • Collaboratively working alongside or within various teams as we strive to offer an outstanding customer experience.
  • Ensuring we maintain exceptional venue standards in relation to cleanliness and presentation.
  • Creating and nurturing a positive work environment so that all team members can thrive.
  • Fulfil a variety of rotating rostered shifts including opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays in conjunction with our Hotel's operating hours.
  • Possess a current/valid RSA & RSG (Or willingness to obtain).
  • Previous experience is preferred but not a mandatory requirement for the right candidates.
