Brewery Bar + Kitchen forms part of our Hotel Precinct based at Sydney Olympic Park. Our Precinct is home to major sporting, music and entertainment events.

Job Description

Reporting to the Venue Manager, our Brewery Team of Food & Beverage/Bar Attendants play a major role in creating the vibrant service experience our guests have come to expect, providing service across our Brewery beverage, gaming and restaurant areas.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests, assist with enquiries and reservations.
  • Take orders accurately, offer menu recommendations, and maximise sales through suggestive selling.
  • Deliver food and beverages promptly, ensuring quality, presentation, and temperature are maintained.
  • Operate the POS system efficiently and ensure all transactions are processed accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar, restaurant, and service areas.
  • Follow all Food Safety and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) guidelines.
  • Assist with setting up and servicing functions and events as required.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Availability to work a range of shifts including days, nights, weekends and event days.
  • MUST hold both RSA and RCG Competency Cards.
  • Impeccable grooming and presentation.
  • A genuine desire to provide exceptional service.
  • Experience in a similar role is highly desired.
