Job summary

Oaks Sunshine Coast Oasis Resort on the Sunshine Coast is seeking enthusiastic Food and Beverage Attendants to join on a casual basis. You will take guest orders, recommend menu options, and deliver food and beverages with a focus on exceptional service.

Successful candidates will have 12+ months in hospitality, current RSA, and a professional, friendly demeanor. The role requires reliability and flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• 12+ months experience as a waitstaff, bartender, or in a similar hospitality role.
• A current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
• A warm and approachable demeanour with a positive attitude.
• Proven experience delivering high-quality customer service.
• Professional presentation and exceptional communication skills.
• Reliability, with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.

Oaks Sunshine Coast Oasis Resort are looking for enthusiastic and service-driven Food and Beverage Attendants to join our team on a casual basis.

Core Responsibilities:

• Taking Guest Orders: Accurately and attentively recording orders to accommodate guest preferences.
• Menu Expertise and Recommendations: Confidently recommending food and beverage options
• Serving Food & Beverages : Providing professional and efficient service, while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Delivering Exceptional Customer Service : Engaging warmly with guests, promptly addressing their needs, and striving to exceed their expectations.

Shift Details (subject to change):

• Breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts
• Rotating roster across Monday through to Sunday
• Split shifts may be required on some days
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) required

Hourly Rates (excluding superannuation):

• Monday - Friday: $33.05 per hour
• Saturday: $39.66 per hour
• Sunday: $46.27 per hour
