Job summary

Sheraton Hotels & Resorts in Port Douglas is seeking a part-time Food & Beverage Attendant to greet guests, assist during service, and ensure a smooth restaurant experience.

You will maintain outlet cleanliness, handle guest inquiries, and support the F&B team in daily operations while delivering service excellence and building lasting guest relationships.

Qualifications

• RSA certification current and valid.
• Previous experience in a similar F&B role.
• Able to work in Australia with working rights.
• Energetic, proactive and customer-focused.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Position Summary

• Assist with the restaurant service period, tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations
• Deliver service excellence throughout the complete food and beverage experience
• Maintain outlet cleanliness and ensure all checklists are completed daily with a focus on attention to detail
• Handle general enquiries, creating meaningful guest experiences that are tailored to the guests' requirements
• Support the Food and Beverage team in general operational tasks
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests through engaging experiences and thoughtful service, enabling future bookings
