Job summary

Pullman Quay Grand Sydney Harbour is seeking an inspirational Food & Beverage Team Leader to guide service, maintain standards and deliver memorable guest experiences at our Harbourside property. You will oversee a diverse team, ensure quality table and event service, and Upsell thoughtfully while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in F&B protocols and service standards.
• Beverage expertise including coffee crafting.

• RSA or equivalent certification required for location.

Purpose

As a Food & Beverage Team Leader,you play a significant role in organising various dining experiences. Your primary goal is to guide a cohesive team, ensuring smooth food and beverage operations. Your dedication to precision, guest satisfaction, and teamwork will be essential for the success of every dining experience.

Primary Responsibilities

You set the pace and lead by example during busy service periods

Collaborate with the team and spark motivation to attain exceptional results together

Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere where you will turn every moment into a memory and every experience into a story

Upselling isn't just about numbers; it's about crafting an unforgettable experience that leaves our guests craving for more

Proactively source information to increase your product knowledge

Skills and Experience

Proficiency in food & beverage protocols, encompassing table & event service, beverage expertise, and coffee crafting skills

Confidence in communicating with guests and colleagues for seamless teamwork

Adaptable within diverse food & beverage settings, with flexibility across different schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays as required

Possession of a valid RSA or an equivalent qualification for the specific Country / State / Territory

Passion for engaging with patrons and collaborating within a team of diverse professionals
