Overview

The Builders Club is searching for Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team and provide our members and guests with exceptional dining and service experiences. Our Food & Beverage team plays a vital role across multiple outlets including restaurants, bars, café, functions, and gaming areas.

What We Are Looking For
  • Previous customer service experience (hospitality preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bar and cocktail knowledge highly regarded.
  • Current NSW RSA & RCG (essential).
  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays (the Club trades 9.30am – 3.30am).
  • Willingness to work split shifts when required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional wait service, including delivering meals and clearing tables.
  • Assist with functions, events, and large-scale dining services.
  • Bar service, including mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
  • Take food and beverage orders and assist guests with menu choices.
  • General floor duties, including collecting glasses and maintaining a clean service area.
