Job summary

ALH Hotels' Manhattan Hotel in Melbourne is seeking a friendly Food & Beverage Attendant to greet guests, recommend meals and drinks, and deliver standout service on the floor. You will be the face of the floor, connect with guests, share product knowledge, and ensure memorable experiences from start to finish.

A Day In The Life Of a F&B Attendant

• Be the face of the floor, connecting with guests and making sure every visit is a memorable one.
• Share your passion for our products and recommend the perfect meal or drink to make a guest's day.
• Deliver top-notch customer service and make every interaction fun and memorable.
• From the first pour of the day to the final lock-up, you'll be on the front lines, making sure our standards are sky-high and the experience is one to remember.
• Help the gaming and wagering team when needed and legally able

Inherent Requirements

• This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
• In line with our ongoing commitment to responsibility, candidates will be required to complete Employee Due Diligence checks which may include a National Police Check as part of the recruitment process.
