Job summary

Kirribilli Hotel is seeking a Food & Beverage Attendant to welcome guests, serve food and drinks, and create memorable moments on the floor. You’ll be the face of service during busy shifts, connect with guests, and recommend meals and drinks to enhance every visit.

Maintain high standards from opening to close, assist the gaming team when needed, and bring a friendly, can-do attitude. A current RSA certificate and flexible availability are essential to join ALH Hotels’ Endeavour Group network.

• This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting.
• A current RSA certificate is required and flexible availability.
• Some gaming experience or willingness to learn would be an asset.

A Day In The Life Of a F&B Attendant

Inherent Requirements

• This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

• You’re a natural at making people feel welcome and have a knack for the little details.


• You’re a team player who is motivated to create magic for both guests and teammates.


• You have a current RSA certificate and flexible availability.


• Some gaming experience or willingness to learn would also be an asset.
