About the Role

Food & Beverage Attendant | Great Southern Inn

The Great Southern Inn is looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our front-of-house and bar team. We’re seeking staff with previous hospitality experience who are confident working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. A current RSA is essential, and bar experience is highly regarded. We're proud of our warm, welcoming atmosphere and are looking for team members who can deliver friendly, efficient service with a smile, whether it's behind the bar, on the floor, or helping keep service running smoothly. Flexible availability including evenings and weekends is preferred.

A day in the life of a F&B Attendant:

• Be the face of the floor, connecting with guests and making sure every visit is a memorable one.
• Share your passion for our products and recommend the perfect meal or drink to make a guest's day.
• Deliver top-notch customer service and make every interaction fun and memorable.
• From the first pour of the day to the final lock-up, you'll be on the front lines, making sure our standards are sky-high and the experience is one to remember.

• You’re a natural at making people feel welcome and have a knack for the little details.
• You’re a team player who is motivated to create magic for both guests and teammates.
• You have a current RSA certificate and flexible availability.
• Some gaming experience or willingness to learn would also be an asset.
