Job summary

Emerald Star Hotel Motel is seeking a friendly, people‑oriented Food & Beverage Attendant in Emerald. You will be the face of the floor, connecting with guests and sharing passion for our pub food and drinks to make every visit memorable.

You will deliver exceptional customer service from the first pour to close, work as part of a supportive team, and handle hands‑on duties including lifting and moving stock. An RSA certificate and flexible availability are essential.

We’re searching high and low for a true ‘people person’ with a real passion for pub food and drinks. Sure, everyone serves food and drinks but you bring the magic and make it unforgettable!

A day in the life of a F&B Attendant:

• Be the face of the floor, connecting with guests and making sure every visit is a memorable one.
• Share your passion for our products and recommend the perfect meal or drink to make a guest's day.
• Deliver top-notch customer service and make every interaction fun and memorable.
• From the first pour of the day to the final lock-up, you'll be on the front lines, making sure our standards are sky-high and the experience is one to remember.

Inherent requirements:

• This is a hands‑on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

About you:

• You’re a natural at making people feel welcome and have a knack for the little details.
• You’re a team player who is motivated to create magic for both guests and teammates.
• You have a current RSA certificate and flexible availability.
