Ventia is recruiting for a Casual Food & Beverage Attendant at RAAF East Sale. You will deliver exceptional service to Defence personnel, guests and staff, supporting dining and bar operations with a customer-first mindset.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in hospitality or catering services.

• Successful RSA certification required.

Aufgaben

• Serve Defence personnel during meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner).
• Provide outstanding service to guests on each shift.
• Deliver professional bar service (RSA standards).
• Maintain clean and tidy dining and bar areas.
• Assist with basic food prep and restocking when needed.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Work within a friendly, supportive team.

About the role

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to Defence personnel, visitors, and staff. This opportunity is ideal for experienced hospitality professionals who bring a customer-first mindset, a positive approach, and a genuine passion for creating memorable dining experiences.

Your responsibilities includes:

• Serving Military Personnel during messes (breakfast, lunch and dinner)
• Delivering an outstanding service to all guests, every shift
• Providing professional bar service (RSA standards)
• Keeping dining and bar areas clean and tidy
• Assisting with basic food prep and restocking where needed
• Following food safety and hygiene standards
• Working as part of a friendly, supportive team

About you

• Demonstrated prior experience in hospitality & catering services
• CurrentFood HandlingCertificate (or willingness to obtain)
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification (Required)
• Enthusiasm and commitment to high standards ofcustomer service.

Defence Clearance Requirements

This role requires eligibility to obtain and maintain a Defence Baseline Security Clearance . As a result, applicants must be Australian Citizens .
