Job summary

Edgewater Dining & Lounge on Capri, Isle of Capri, Gold Coast, is seeking an experienced casual Food & Beverage Attendant to join our lively team.

Deliver warm, attentive service; take orders accurately; explain menus and specials; and work with kitchen and bar to ensure seamless service. Maintain a clean, welcoming dining area, respond to guest inquiries professionally, and bring a genuine passion for food and wine. Weekday and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• At least two years’ restaurant experience.
• Strong knowledge of quality dining service standards.
• Genuine passion for food, wine and outstanding guest service.
• Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional manner.
• The ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and collaborative approach.
