Qualifications

• Experience as Production Manager or senior leader in FMCG.
• Experience leading large frontline production teams in a high-volume environment.
• Strong technical aptitude with automated machinery and line performance.
• Proven track record improving yield, waste, throughput and changeovers.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day production performance across multiple lines.
• Lead a large frontline workforce across multiple shifts.
• Maintain a visible presence on the factory floor and drive KPIs.
• Improve changeover performance and overall line efficiency.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Maintenance on equipment performance.
• Ensure production plans are delivered safely and efficiently.
• Identify and resolve production issues in real time.
• Partner with Quality, Engineering and Planning to meet production requirements.
