Job summary

Hazeldenes is seeking an Inventory Controller at our Lockwood site to diligently monitor daily inventory activities for fresh and frozen stock, identify root causes of errors, and implement process improvements to maintain high accuracy.

The role focuses on monitoring inventory, stocktakes, QC/WIP/FG reporting, and providing timely management insights while promoting teamwork and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG inventory management.
• Cold storage environment experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency with MS Office.
• Strong planning and organisational abilities.
• Analytical problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily inventory activities to optimise resource allocation.
• Ensure inventory accuracy for stocktakes and reporting.
• Lead warehouse team to identify and resolve root causes of variances.
• Define and document current stock movement processes.
• Provide timely management reporting and insights.
• Investigate and resolve inventory variances and ensure GMP adherence.
• Support safety practices and report incidents and hazards.
