Mygration Pty Ltd on the Mornington Peninsula is seeking a Facility Supervisor to oversee critical processing operations in a fast-paced FMCG facility. You will lead a hands-on team, ensure stringent quality controls, and coordinate between departments to maintain production flow and safety standards.

The role requires a proactive, detail-focused leader with experience in quality management and process optimization within food processing environments.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Oversee quality control across incoming products and production stages, ensuring compliance with quality specs.
• Maintain temperature control protocols and oversee storage and dispatch to maximise shelf life.
• Coordinate cross‑departmental activities between harvest, maintenance, and dispatch for smooth operations.
• Lead daily production activities, manage resources and ensure safety and compliance.
