Job summary

Mygration Pty Ltd is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality systems across end-to-end operations in the FMCG sector on the Mornington Peninsula.

You will drive certification readiness, audit processes, supplier quality management, and training to foster a culture of quality excellence throughout the organisation.

Qualifications

• A degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, Agricultural Science, or a related field is essential.
• Proven post-qualification experience in a Quality Assurance management role, preferably within FMCG or food manufacturing sectors.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining quality systems, managing audits, and ensuring compliance with industry certifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee quality management systems aligned with industry standards and certification requirements.
• Plan, organise, and coordinate internal and external audits with certification bodies to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Lead improvements to maintain and enhance quality certifications and audit readiness.
