Job summary

Cater Care is hiring Utility All Rounders on a Fly-In, Fly-Out basis from Adelaide. The role covers dining service, kitchen and housekeeping duties across multiple site departments, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and safety.

The ideal candidate will have 12+ months in a similar role, a friendly customer service mindset, and a proactive approach to cleanliness and hygiene. Police clearance and pre-employment checks may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience as Utility/All Rounder/Cleaner/Housekeeper/Kitchen Hand (12+ months).
• Commitment to genuine, friendly customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced time-sensitive environment.
• Pride in personal appearance and hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, and clear dining areas.
• Operate dishwashing equipment and keep kitchen facilities clean.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Provide efficient service during peak periods.
• Support teammates across departments as needed.
• Maintain dining room cleanliness and stock.
• Housekeeping: clean guest rooms and en-suites, make beds.
• General Cleaning: waste management, sweeping and mopping.
• Mine Site Cleaning: clean site offices, crib huts, and bathhouses.
