• Experience as a Floor Supervisor/host in a premium venue.
• Immaculate presentation and exceptional communication.
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations.
• Availability to work a rotating roster including opening and closing shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• A valid RSA certificate.

Responsibilities

• Greet and guide guests with warmth and efficiency.
• Maintain seamless guest flow and seating arrangements in a high-energy environment.
• Collaborate with front-of-house and kitchen teams to deliver a memorable guest experience.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with high-profile clientele, impeccable presentation, and a sharp eye for detail, delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience from the moment they arrive.

The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

• experience as a Floor Supervisor / host in a premium venue
• experience with SevenRooms, Guest Centre, Opentable, Tablecheck, Respak or similar
• immaculate presentation and exceptional communication
• demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations
• adaptable and able to multi-task effectively
• strong work ethic and a “can do” attitude
• outgoing personality and genuine interest in day-to-day operations
• excellent attention to detail and time management
• availability to work a rotating roster including opening and closing shifts, weekends and public holidays
• a valid RSA certificate
