Job summary

JD Sports is seeking a Floor Manager on a Sunday to Thursday roster to lead a dynamic store team and deliver exceptional customer experiences on the Gold Coast. You will coach staff, manage sales targets and use reports to spot trends and act quickly to maximise performance.

As a key member of the store leadership team, you will support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, contribute to merchandising launches, staff development, and maintaining brand standards while delivering outstanding

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing service role.
• Previous key holder or supervisor experience preferred but not essential.
• Results driven with a focus on achieving KPIs.
• Positive attitude with the ability to motivate others.

Responsibilities

• Model great customer service, every customer, every time.
• Coaching team to deliver exceptional service and a ‘service over task’ mentality.
• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to drive sales and KPI performance.
• Utilise reports to identify trade trends, opportunities and implement action plans.
• Assist the Management Team to complete weekly visual merchandising direction & promotional launches.
• Assist in recruiting, inducting and developing team members.
• Uphold company retail standards and deliver visual excellence.
• Work with BOH team to ensure product availability and operational excellence.
