Responsibilities

• Seasoned floor levelling: check levels, grind, prime and self-levelling.
• Execute epoxy coatings: grind, mix primers/coatings, cut edges and apply epoxy.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised worksite.
• Deliver high-standard finishes and workmanship.

Job description

Melbourne Concrete Coatings is looking for an experienced, reliable and hard working Floor levelling and Epoxy Flooring Installer to join our team. This is a hands-on role suited to an experienced installer who can work efficiently, follow correct installation procedures and contribute to a professional team.

Key responsibilities

Floor Levelling:

Check floor levels and mark accordingly

Grind concrete as required ( includes choice of diamond tools)

apply primer and mix self leveller

Apply self leveller as required

Any other work related to floor levelling

Epoxy Coatings

Operating concrete grinders and other flooring equipment

Mixing and applying epoxy primers, coatings and floor finishes

Cutting in edges and rolling epoxy

Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard

Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment

About you

Proven, hands-on experience in floor levelling and installing epoxy flooring

A sound understanding of concrete preparation and grinding

Experience applying epoxy coatings and working with flooring products

The ability to work independently and as part of a team

A strong work ethic and reliable attitude

Good attention to detail and pride in your workmanship

A current Construction White Card preferred

A current driver's licence preferred
