Job summary

Star Pharmacy Group is seeking a Pharmacy Services Manager for permanent full-time work across our metropolitan Brisbane and Sunshine Coast pharmacies, with occasional travel to regional Queensland (roughly one regional placement every six months).

You will support different teams, deliver high-quality patient care and 8CPA services, and gain exposure across a diverse pharmacy network. 6 weeks annual leave, paid travel and generous travel allowances accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist.
• Community pharmacy experience.
• Strong knowledge of 8CPA programs and pharmacy compliance.
• MINFOS experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships quickly.
• Adaptability, initiative and confidence working across different pharmacy teams.
• Enthusiasm for working across Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and travelling to regional Queensland when required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care, DAAs and 8CPA professional services across our QLD pharmacies.
• Support pharmacy workflows, clinical compliance and continuity during floating rotations.
• Adapt quickly to different pharmacy environments and become a trusted member of each team you support.
• Share best-practice ideas and bring learnings from across the network into our pharmacies.
• Work alongside a range of Pharmacy Managers and leaders, gaining broad exposure to different teams and operating environments.
• Help our pharmacies continue delivering a consistently high standard of care when additional support is needed.

You’ll also bring:
