Job summary

City Cave Float and Wellness Centre in Richmond, NSW is seeking a Float Attendant to join our growing team. The role offers an average of 10-20 hours per week across 2-3 shifts, with availability to work evenings and weekends as part of a 7-day roster.

You will manage client bookings, respond to inquiries, ensure rooms are cleaned between clients, and recommend services to help guests reach their goals. You will also perform float water chemistry testing and assist with light social media

Qualifications

• Positive attitude with a caring personality.
• Willingness to perform regular cleaning as part of the role.
• Comfortable selling and recommending products and services for guests.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Manage client bookings in booking system (MyTime).
• Respond to client enquiries via phone, email and text.
• Ensure service rooms are thoroughly cleaned between clients.
• Recommend services and treatments to help clients achieve their goals.
• Complete float water chemistry testing and treat effectively.
• Assist with Social Media Content.
