Lockheed Martin Australia is seeking a Flight Training Device Lead to manage AIR5428 FTD/LE maintenance and operations at RAAF East Sale, delivering against MMP-S, ISMP-S and LMA value streams.

You will lead maintenance delegations, ensure compliance with directives, manage MCAM records, recruit and develop staff, and maintain safe, compliant workplaces while coordinating across sites.

Qualificações

• Extensive experience in simulator and/or electronics-based operations and maintenance.
• Ability to implement structured operational plans to meet maintenance, operational and quality objectives.
• Strong understanding of engineering, finance, commercial, support and quality functions.
• Experience managing stakeholders across multiple sites in fast-paced, complex environments.
• Strong leadership, mentoring and team development capability within maintenance environments.
• Experience operating within configuration-controlled regulatory frameworks.
• Intermediate MS Office and relevant software skills.

Responsabilidades

• Leading AIR5428 FTD/LE maintenance and operations at RAAF East Sale.
• Executing Maintenance Manager delegation under the LMA Maintenance Support Policy.
• Ensuring maintenance activities and modifications comply with technical documentation and directives.
• Managing MCAM requirements, training, assessments and qualification records.
• Coordinating recruitment, training, performance management, work allocation and disciplinary actions.
• Maintaining a safe, organised and compliant workplace in line with WHS policy.
• Overseeing subcontracted maintenance activities to ensure compliance with procedures and qualified personnel requirements.
