Job summary

Jet Aviation Bullsbrook, WA, is seeking a Flight Line Technician to support maintenance and readiness of PC21 aircraft at Bullsbrook facility. You will perform line maintenance, towing, refueling, and documentation, contributing to safety and operational excellence.

Ideal candidate AME with 2+ years experience, able to obtain security clearance, and willing to work varied shifts in a defence environment. Relocation assistance available; competitive remuneration and annual bonus.

Qualifications

  • AME qualification with at least two years of aircraft experience, including formal training in line maintenance.
  • Ability to receive OEM-endorsed training.
  • Eligibility for security clearance at RAAF Base.
  • Experience with PC9, PT6, or glass cockpit aircraft (desirable).
  • Knowledge of CASA regulations, OH&S, and environmental requirements.
  • Strong communication skills, customer focus, and a commitment to safety.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules and in different weather conditions.
  • Legal right to work in Australia and ability to obtain relevant security clearances.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in Flight Line Planning activities as required.
  • Carry out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with all AD's, SB's etc. prior to expiry of compliance and relevant to the aircraft.
  • Ensure all entries and certifications for work undertaken is completed and certified.
  • Carry out line maintenance functions.
  • Actively support and participate in the Jet Aviation Core Values and Safety, Security and Environment policies and procedures as detailed in the Jet Aviation Governance and Polices Manual.
  • Ensure FOD control procedures are adhered to.
  • Ensure OH & S requirements are adhered to.
  • Ensure GSE is serviceable and report any defects or deficiencies.
  • Ensure data used is current and applicable.
  • Ensure Tool control requirements are adhered to.
  • Ensure at all times documentation is correctly raised and completed.
  • Assist with defect analysis and investigations.
  • Carry out aircraft washing and associated corrosion control inspection.
  • Carry out aircraft towing and repositioning. Carry out aircraft refueling.
  • Carry out aircraft marshalling in accordance with appropriate order.
  • Other duties as may be directed by your supervisor from time-to-time.

As a Flight Line Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting the maintenance and operational readiness of PC21 aircraft at our Bullsbrook facility. Annual Salary from AUD$76,550 - $96,377* plus Super plus Military Bonus plus Overtime plus Relocation Assistance.

Main Responsibilities
