  • Partner with Demand Analysts to support event set-ups, improve demand forecast accuracy and optimise availability outside standard system range.
  • Provide clear insights on market trading strategies, booking feasibility and commercial performance to support optimisation, budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Work closely with Demand Analysts, Revenue Leaders and other stakeholders to identify revenue opportunities, support ad-hoc analysis and strengthen team-wide use of systems and tools.
  • Identify, own and drive continuous improvement opportunities across processes, decision-making, Revenue Management system usage and overall market performance.
  • Actively identify, own and drive continuous improvement opportunities across key processes, decision-making and RM system usage to enhance overall performance.
  • Provide clarity on trading strategies for your market
You'll be great in this role if you have…
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, STEM, Aviation, Travel or a related discipline, with a strong analytical focus
  • A strong track record in analytical work, ideally with experience in revenue management
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify and capture optimisation opportunities
  • Strong analytical ability, problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Confidence performing ad-hoc analysis to support commercial analysis and decision-making
  • The ability to influence decisions through clear, data-led recommendations
  • Good communication skills and the confidence to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good Excel capability and working knowledge of Revenue Management systems, tools and inventory optimisation levers
  • An understanding of competitor response mechanisms, and how decision quality and tool usage influence revenue outcomes and team effectiveness
