Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Speech Pathology.
• SPA membership or eligibility for membership.
• Australian work rights.

• Passion for supporting clients to achieve communication and swallowing goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality assessment and intervention to clients across a range of presentations.
• Develop a caseload based on preferred client group — paediatric, adult or mixed.
• Work collaboratively with families, carers, teachers, support coordinators and other healthcare professionals.
• Develop individualised therapy plans and evidence-based interventions.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports.
• Participate in case discussions and multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Build strong, meaningful relationships with clients and their families.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive private practice environment.
