Mediix Recruitment Pty Ltd. is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join a well-established multidisciplinary private practice focused on client-centred care.

You will provide assessment and therapy across communication and swallowing needs, with a caseload tailored to your interests, whether you work with children, adults, or both, within a collaborative team. This role offers flexible full-time or part-time arrangements, opportunities for professional development, mentoring, and a chance to expand

Qualifications

• A recognised tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.
• Current Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) membership or eligibility for membership.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualised treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based intervention for speech, language, communication and swallowing disorders.
• Work with clients across different age groups per interests.
• Collaborate with occupational therapists, psychologists, physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals.
• Support clients, families and carers with practical communication strategies and education.
• Monitor client progress and maintain high-quality clinical documentation.
• Participate in case discussions and contribute to a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Stay updated with current clinical practices through professional development.
