Job summary

Mediix is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join a growing private practice in Brisbane's Eastern Suburbs. The role offers full-time or part-time options with a flexible caseload shaped to your interests, from paediatric language to adult communication and swallowing.

You will work closely with clients, families and other professionals, conducting assessments, developing therapy programs and delivering engaging therapy, with opportunities for supervision, mentoring and career progression.

Qualifications

• Recognised Speech Pathology qualification.
• Eligibility for or current Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) membership.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language and communication assessments.
• Develop individualized therapy programs.
• Deliver engaging one-on-one and/or group therapy.
• Support families and carers with practical strategies.
• Collaborate with schools and healthcare professionals.
• Complete clinical documentation and reports.
• Build clinical expertise in areas of interest.
