Job summary

Uniting NSW.ACT seeks a Registered Nurse to join the FlexConnect pool, delivering high-standard clinical care to aged care residents across our services in NSW. You will support their independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with current AHPRA registration.
• Experience in aged or community care is preferred.
• Ability to develop and evaluate resident care plans.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver and evaluate resident care plans to meet individual needs.
• Lead in wound management, medication management and palliative care.
• Assist the clinical management team with AN-ACC documentation/assessments.
• Liaise with medical and allied health professionals and families to advocate for quality of life.
• Supervise and support care workers.
• Practice holistically and lead the team with critical decision-making.
