Job summary

Bluebird Care Rushcliffe & Melton is seeking a Care Assistant to provide person-centred home care. You will support customers with daily living tasks, working either independently or as part of a supportive team to maintain comfort and dignity in their own homes.

The role offers guaranteed hours contracts after probation, full training, and opportunities for professional development as part of the Care Expert Team while caring for clients in the Rushcliffe & Melton area.

Qualifications

• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care tailored to each person’s individual needs.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Help with meal prepping, preparation and nutrition.
• Support with medication, prescriptions and safe disposal.
• Carry out light housework like tidying, laundry and general cleaning.
• Be a dependable friendly, familiar face for all the customers you care for.
