Chefs On The Run invites qualified chefs to join its casual pool and shape their own schedule across Brisbane and surrounding areas. Work across restaurants, clubs, resorts, aged care, health care, and catering, enjoying above-average casual rates and genuine flexibility.

We value people-first culture and offer steady opportunities with a family-owned team that knows every chef by name. Current police or NDIS checks, and the ability to obtain them if needed, are important for this role.

Competenze

• Must have Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or higher.
• Minimum 5 years post-apprenticeship kitchen experience.
• Current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate or willingness to obtain.
• Current NDIS Check or Police Check for unsupervised/vulnerable people work.

Mansioni

• Cook across hospitality, catering, aged care, and FIFO venues.
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards at all sites.
• Operate independently across varied kitchen environments and menus.
• Adapt to venue-specific requirements and kitchen teams.
• Support venues during peak periods and event catering.

Formazione
