Monash University’s Department of Occupational Therapy seeks sessional Teaching Associates to support undergraduate and masters OT students across fieldwork and simulated placements. Registered occupational therapists with at least two years of practice plus WWCC are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Must be a registered occupational therapist with at least two years of practice since graduation.
• Experience in placement-based education is desirable.
• Working with Children Check (WWCC) required; NDIS Worker Screening Check may be required.
• Part-time role with flexible schedules depending on student placements.

Responsibilities

• Teach in fieldwork settings and simulated placements for undergraduate and masters OT students.
• Assess and support student learning during placements across aged care, schools, rehab, telehealth and community settings.
• Contribute to educational development and professional practice education.
