Job summary

The Reject Shop in Woolooware Bay is growing and looking for a Team Member to support daily store operations across Australia. You’ll serve customers, restock shelves, keep areas clean and safe, and work across different store sections as part of a friendly team. No retail experience required and you’ll receive training to help you succeed.

You’ll gain hands-on skills, be on your feet, and have the chance to learn at busy trading times.

Qualifications

• No retail experience required.
• Willing to learn and contribute as part of a team.
• Flexible to work during busy trading periods including afternoons, evenings and weekends.
• This is a hands-on role with physical requirements; able to lift up to 16kg.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers and support busy trade periods
• Refill shelves and move stock around the store
• Keep the store clean, organised and safe
• Work across different areas of the store as part of the team
• Learn retail routines, processes and store standards
