Job summary

The Reject Shop Australia is hiring a Team Member to help support the day-to-day running of the store and create a great experience for customers.

You’ll serve customers, refill shelves, keep the store clean and safe, and work across different areas as part of the team. No prior retail experience is required, and training is provided from day one, with flexible shifts to suit school, study or other commitments.

Qualifications

• No retail experience is required.
• Training and support provided from day one.
• Flexibility with shifts, including after school, study or other commitments.
• Able to lift up to 16kg as part of normal store duties.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers and support busy trade periods.
• Refill shelves and move stock around the store.
• Keep the store clean, organised and safe.
• Work across different areas of the store as part of the team.
• Learn retail routines, processes and store standards.
