Job summary

QuickCare is seeking casual Educators and Early Childhood Teachers to join a pool of relief staff across Woolgoolga and surrounds. You will work across a variety of centres, delivering play-based, developmental activities while supporting daily routines and relationships with children and families.

We value flexibility, reliability, and a genuine love for working with children. NSW WWCC and current First Aid/CPR/Anaphylaxis/Asthma certificates are required, along with Child Protection training.

Qualifications

• Certificate III, Diploma or ECT qualification (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC) required
• Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificates
• Completed Child Protection training
• Reliable, adaptable attitude and love of working with children
• Comfort working across different centres and rooms

Responsibilities

• Provide relief cover across long day care centres, preschools and OSHC services
• Support children's learning, wellbeing and development in line with EYLF and NQS
• Deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences
• Maintain a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment
• Assist with daily routines and build positive relationships with children, families and centre teams
• Adhere to each service's policies and procedures
