Job summary

Whiz Kidz Early Learning Centre & Pre School is seeking Casual Educators for roles across Baulkham Hills, Castle Hill, Northmead and Pendle Hill. You’ll contribute to daily routines and enriching learning experiences, with shifts that fit your availability in various age groups and rooms.

We value warm engagement, strong communication and teamwork. A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care is required, along with understanding of EYLF and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care completed.
• Strong communication, both verbal and written.
• Ability to engage warmly with children and families.
• Understanding of EYLF, National Regulations and NQS.

Responsibilities

• Work across different Whiz Kidz services and teams to suit availability.
• Pick up shifts that fit around your schedule and commitments.
• Support children in daily routines – meals, rest, play and learning.
• Collaborate with educators to deliver meaningful early learning experiences.
• Build professional relationships with children and families.
• Be flexible across different age groups and rooms.
• Follow centre policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
