Qualifications

• Experience in residential property management is required.
• Experience in completing Property Condition Reports (PCRs) and Final Bond Inspections (FBIs) is highly desirable.
• Strong computer skills and confidence in learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Preparing detailed Property Condition Reports (PCRs).
• Conducting Final Bond Inspections (FBIs).
• Liaising with tenants, owners and contractors.
• Assisting with tenant changeovers.
