Job summary

Crewe Sharp Pty in Mansfield, Victoria is seeking Personal Care Assistants to support Residential Aged Care Facilities and Home and Community Care across the region. You’ll have flexible shifts and the option for full-time, part-time, or extra shifts, with a simple app to accept shifts and submit timesheets.

You are passionate about delivering high-quality care, have Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent, and at least 3 months in aged care, plus checks and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Support or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 months paid experience in Aged Care.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance to clients in Residential Aged Care Facilities and Home & Community Care.
• Follow care plans and safety protocols to support independence and well-being.
• Use the scheduling app to accept shifts and submit timesheets and maintain accurate records.
